Plot summary
Interviews with people who have worked on anime series licensed by Netflix fill this behind-the-scenes special, which is aimed at viewers who are new to the medium. The first interviewee is the executive producer of an anime-inspired series, and every participant has contributed to a Netflix-licensed project. The creators behind well-known productions such as Castlevania, Aggretsuko and Kengan Ashura take part, and the special also features production houses that include TOEI Animation and Polygon Pictures, plus properties like Evangelion and Ultraman. Anime from outside the service's catalog is almost never mentioned. Fans who expected a history of the medium instead found a promotional special.
