Plot summary
Mrs. Dai is a 70-year-old widow who lives with Quang, her only son, his wife Vy, and their children Nhon and Tùng. She does not get along well with Vy. Mr. Be, her friend of many years, takes care of her. At a television channel, producer Mạnh Đức and his assistant Min Ji are hunting for a new voice and finding none. Mrs. Dai, who wanted to sing when she was young, visits a photography shop to have a portrait taken for her funeral. The session leaves her in her 20-year-old body, which she notices only once she is on a bus. She cannot go home as she is, so she lodges with Mr. Be and calls herself Thanh Nga.
