Plot summary
The world has been destroyed by an asteroid strike, and civilization lies in ashes. The survivors of the old world live in terror of human-looking mutants who hold super-human powers. From the rubble a new order has risen that includes both humans and these mutants, and Parish leads it. Driven by a fanatical need for a Pure Human society, he has declared war on every mutant, and his merciless soldiers carry that war to the mutant freedom fighters who rise up to confront him. Parish's personal, obsessive pursuit is Rage, the commander of the mutants, whom he intends to hunt and kill.
