Plot summary
Four women box in the same amateur league: Anna, Daria, Aga and Alicja. Each is preparing for a first appearance in the ring, at a competition run by the amateur boxing association in their league, and none of them knows who she will be matched against. The twenty-four hours around the bouts are what the camera records. Their trainer, Przemek, has a mental and emotional connection with each of his fighters, and he pushes each of them differently: Aga on physical strength, Alicja on mental toughness, Daria on her vulnerability, Anna on her desire. All four go all out to win.
