Plot summary
Emma is a conductor in Montreal and a rising name on its classical scene. Her father, Patrick, acts as her agent as well as her parent, and the relationship between them is a toxic one. Naëlle is a cellist who has separated recently and is now raising a young son. An affair begins between the two women while a prestigious orchestra holds out a major career opening for Emma. Emma also stands at the podium of an orchestra of her own. Whether her career and this new relationship can exist side by side is a question she has to answer.
