Plot summary
A high school biology class is in the middle of a discussion about Sasquatch when a friend of their teacher walks in. The students do not believe such a creature exists, so the visitor describes an encounter he and their teacher had years earlier, scouring the nearby mountains for Indian artifacts. They came upon a cave and found a mummified body inside, rough and stiff like a hewn statue. The two men brought it back to their lodge, where the mummy broke out of its wrappings. The class hears how the creature got loose near an orchard, and how the men who had found it set out to stop it.

- Curse of Bigfoot is an expanded version of a 1963 film by the same director and writer which had only been released in their home town and was later titled Teenagers Battle the Thing for a video release in the '90s. Two teenagers from the original returned as adults in the opening scene.
- Most of Curse of Bigfoot is the entire 1963 film seen as a flashback, even though that original film focused on the resurrection of a prehistoric monster and had nothing to do with Bigfoot.
