Plot summary
Michael Ruppert spent years as an officer with the Los Angeles police before he became an independent reporter. He published a newsletter called From the Wilderness, and there he forecast the financial crisis. His case is that the energy and financial policies in use cannot be sustained, and that modern industrial civilization is already coming apart because of it. He was interviewed over five days in a basement meat locker near downtown Los Angeles. His material comes from news reports available online, and questions interrupt him.
