Plot summary
Kru is a poor farmer in northern Nan Province, in northern Thailand. He lives with his family deep in the jungle, where daily life is a struggle for survival. Leopards and tigers roam the same ground, and a herd of elephants passes through the area. All of them pose a constant threat to Kru's livelihood. The elephants disrupt the lives of Kru's family and of the whole village.
