Barbie in 'A Christmas Carol' (2008) on Netflix

Plot summary

Barbie tells her younger sister Kelly, who wants to stay home rather than attend a charity ball, the story of Eden Starling. Eden is a famous soprano and the owner of the Gads Hill Theatre in Victorian London, a self-centered woman who dislikes Christmas. Her snooty cat, Chuzzlewit, is usually with her. Eden scolds her performers, among them the magician Freddy, the ballerinas Ann and Nan, the clown Maurice and the costume designer Catherine Beadnell, for their festive cheer, and orders them to give up Christmas Day and stay at the theater. Catherine, her friend since childhood, argues with her and gets nowhere. That night the ghost of Eden's Aunt Marie, wrapped in chains, warns her that three spirits will visit her on three nights.
