Plot summary
Twelve Nicaraguan banana workers are pursuing a case against Dole Food. They say a pesticide called DBCP was used on the plantations where they worked, and that it left them sterile, and that the company knew the chemical could do this. Their lawyer, Juan "Accidentes" Dominguez, is handling the biggest case of his career: he represents them against the food company in what is described as a ground-breaking legal battle.
