Plot summary
Vanya's parents both worked at one of the biggest nuclear stations, in the satellite town where he grew up. He took a job there as a young scientist, following his parents onto the staff, and what keeps him at the plant is his girlfriend, Tanya, who is employed in the same facility. Tanya is ambitious, and she decides to end their relationship. Vanya has to find his resolve.
