Plot summary

Judas Gains is twelve when he is committed to a mental institution after harming other children at the Second Chance Orphanage. Ten years later he ends his own life. In Philadelphia, Lisa Walker is looking for her brother Matthew, who went missing on Halloween night a year earlier. Two detectives, Dave McDowell and Ryan Pierce, work the search with her. A Ouija board brings Judas back from the dead, and he returns to the city as a walking corpse. Bodies pile up as he moves through Philadelphia. Lisa and the detectives do not know that the evil they are chasing walks among them. The detectives are set on ending his rampage.
