Plot summary
Ayef works part-time at the 24-Ever convenience store and wants to become an animator in Singapore. Manny owns a plant boutique close by and hopes to prove himself to his father Wilfredo, who disapproves of the shop, while going undercover as a trade union activist. When police hunt for rally participants, Manny passes Ayef, a passerby, off as his partner. He lends her an umbrella in a rainstorm, they find each other again online, and he becomes a frequent customer at 24-Ever, gradually winning her heart. Ayef becomes friends with his half-brother Dobs and hears about his family. Frustrated with their own families, the two settle on a 100-day romance that lasts only as long as it stays convenient.
