Plot summary
Joe Armstrong, a former special forces commando who now teaches for the Peace Corps, joins agents Sean Davidson and Carl Brackston, and together they set out to save the city after British Colonel Scarf Mulgrew demands 50 million dollars and threatens New York City with a nuclear strike. In Lesotho, Shiekh Ali Maksood, a Middle Eastern sheikh, trains a team of ninjas in the countryside.
