Plot summary
Marines are disappearing from a remote Caribbean island, and Army Rangers Sergeant Joe Armstrong and Sergeant Curtis Jackson are sent to find out what has become of them. The missing men are the work of The Lion, a drug lord whose real name is Leo Burke. He has also abducted a local scientist and is putting the man's research to use. He is mass-producing an army of mutant super-ninjas out of the genetic code of the captured Marines, turning them into brainwashed killers who answer to him. Alicia Sanborn, the kidnapped scientist's daughter, stands with the two Rangers against him.
