Plot summary
Some years have passed since a breakup that left Iris hurt, and her life has found its footing again. She is expecting a baby with Reza, the man she loves, and the boy she is already raising thinks the world of him. Once the child is born, Reza goes down on one knee, and for a while everything looks like the sweet arrangement she imagined. Daily life in a blended family is messier than that. Her former partner's girlfriend wants a hand in decisions, and Iris and her own mother still rub each other the wrong way. The small frictions pile up, and she risks the wedding she has been looking forward to. Her friends stay close by her.
