Plot summary
Jennifer flees an abusive husband in Ohio and heads to New York City. In the city, she encounters a feminist vigilante group made up of women who castrate men they suspect of rape or domestic violence. She is drawn into their illegal activities. Detective Billie Perez, a female police officer, tries to stop the group before more men are attacked.
