Plot summary
Albin and Ida invite Ida's brother Simon and their friends to a cabin in the Swedish woodlands for the weekend. The group drives out and walks the last stretch to the door. A hunter named Gunnar watches them from a cliff, and Simon shouts at him. The cabin is locked, though Albin's father Olof said they could use it. Albin works at the lock while Marcus spots an open window at the back and persuades Marie to climb through it. In the basement Marie finds an axe and does not notice a creature watching from the shadows. The others get inside, and Marie, who does not seem well, joins the party.
