Plot summary
Frank Warren is an electronics expert who robs a diamond exchange with his friend Sam and his fiancée Noelle. He hides the stones, then his partners alert the authorities and he is arrested, keeping the hiding place to himself. He is sentenced to twelve years at Camp Holliday, an experimental prison with no bars or fences. Every prisoner wears a sealed electronic collar, and each collar is linked to another inmate's. Move more than 100 yards apart, or tamper with either device, and both collars detonate. In the prison yard Frank learns his partner is Tracy Riggs, who says she was wrongly convicted.
