Plot summary
An Indian underworld don, Baba Baldev Prasad, dies leaving diamonds worth $200 million in a New York bank. He names three heirs: Vikrant, his son; Preeti, his daughter; and Preeti's husband, Guru Gulab Khatri. The bank will hand the diamonds over only if all three come in person. Guru is falsely accused of shooting the home minister of India on live television, so he leaves for the United States with a new name. A dentist, Anmol Acharya, spots him there. A reward is offered for finding Guru, and Anmol and Manilal Patel go after it, which pulls both men into a rivalry among gangsters. Manilal cannot keep the names of the people around him straight.
