Unacknowledged (2017) on Netflix

Plot summary

The Disclosure Project's archives, built up over the decades, hold accounts from military and intelligence personnel, classified documents and UFO footage. Its founder, Steven Greer, presents the collection as evidence of extraterrestrial contact, saying that most of it had never been revealed publicly before. His research and the high-level meetings he convened are shown alongside briefings with the director of the CIA and with generals and admirals at the Pentagon, and a briefing of President Obama through senior adviser John Podesta. The account examines how secrecy around the subject was enforced across the decades and the reasons given for it.
