Plot summary
Born blind to a rural Taiwanese family that was not prepared for a blind son, Huang Yu-hsiang grows up curious and precocious. Touch and sound are everything to him, and he excels at the piano. His mother's love and his family's support let him grow up without barriers, until he leaves home for university. There he must compete with sighted students and find his own way. He crosses paths with Hsiao-chieh, who works at a bubble tea store and dreams of being a dancer. The hardships of her life leave her struggling. When she sees his determination, she is inspired to hold on to her dream.
