Plot summary

Once a baseball player, Bae Byeong-woo is now the cocky ace of the sales staff at his insurance company. When one of his clients takes his own life, the police suspect Bae Byeong-woo of helping him, and the case threatens to end his career. Determined that no other client will do the same, he goes looking for the people he once insured, especially those whose situations suggest they might be suicidal. Among them are Oh Sang-yeol, a lonely husband, Ahn So-hyeon, a lounge singer buried in debt, Kim Young-tak, a young man living on the street, and Choi Bok-sun, a mother whose husband has died.
