Plot summary
Eight years after the cannibal clan attacked the Carter family, Bobby Carter still carries the trauma of it and speaks about those events with his psychiatrist. Bobby and Rachel, once known as Ruby and now the owner of a motocross team, have invented a super fuel for bikes. Rachel's riders are booked to race in the desert where the family was attacked years earlier. The psychiatrist urges Bobby to travel with them, but he refuses, and Rachel goes in his place with the team: the blind Cass and her boyfriend Roy, Harry, Hulk, Foster, Jane and Sue. The group gathers beside a bus and sets off, and along the road they take Beast, a dog that once belonged to the Carters, out of a pound.
