Plot summary

An unseen figure is stealing newborn babies said to be destined to become emperors and delivering them to a villain known as the Evil Master, who stays hidden underground. The police have no way to stop it. Tung is the wife of a police inspector, and in secret she fights crime as Wonder Woman, armed with a sword and throwing knives. Chat carries a shotgun and hunts bounties under the nickname Thief Catcher. Ching is the one who takes the babies, wearing a robe that renders her invisible, and she serves the Evil Master as his troubled but determined right hand. The three women share a terrible past.
