Plot summary
Two retinal detachments in a row leave M., a young film enthusiast, almost totally blind. For the next forty days he is bed-ridden, lying prone with both eyes shut. He had been looking forward to shooting films of his own, and now his days pass in bed. His account of that period is auto fiction, written from his own experience.
