Plot summary

One mile below the surface, the secret research station 320 has gone quiet. All contact with the world above is lost, the ways out have been destroyed, and a horde of ancient creatures that mutate fast and eat flesh is consuming everything in its path. Eight people remain alive at the outpost: two research subjects, a medic, two technicians and three mercenaries. They barricade themselves in a remote part of the station, with little food, almost nothing to defend themselves with and little hope of rescue. The one possible way out, as far as they can tell, runs up through thirteen levels to the surface.
