Plot summary
Mars is at war with the Arcturans, and Enforcer Drones keep the Martian soldiers in line. The incompetent crew of a small ship from the Martian Civilian Asteroid Patrol picks up a distress signal from the fleet, and then a Halloween radio broadcast of The War of the Worlds. Taking it for a real invasion, the crew lands in Big Bean, Illinois, to join a fleet that is not there. Captain Bipto, Lieutenant Giggywig, Dr. Ziplock, Corporal Pez and the pilot Blaznee are aboard, and Blaznee thinks the idea is a bad one, but the others ignore him. Because it is Halloween, the townspeople take the four-foot Martians for children in costume.
