Plot summary
Lary works as a neurologist and has just returned from a professional trip to Paris. He has to pick up his wife, because the two of them are expected at a family meal in memory of his father, who died a year earlier. The meal takes place at his mother's flat. The other guests are already there, and the group waits for a priest to arrive so the commemoration can begin. The relatives use the time to argue, about the events and wars of the world as well as about matters connected with the occasion and matters that have nothing to do with it.
