Plot summary
Emil involves himself too much in his colleagues' work and presses them hard. Mr. Oprea promotes him and puts him in charge of the call center department, where the grumpy Horia is the unofficial leader. Emil goes to the company team building with his new colleagues and tries to help them hold on to their jobs. The department is in the contest for the cup of joy, against workmates from Transylvania, Moldova and Oltenia.
