Plot summary
Salinger is a documentary about J. D. Salinger, the American writer who spent most of his life behind a wall of self-imposed seclusion. It draws on interviews with his friends, historians and journalists. The film traces his dramatic experiences during World War II and the way they influenced his life and his work.
