William Beck
Biography
William Beck is a British actor who turned to acting after quitting medical school, inspired by people he met during his studies. He was born in Wales in 1976. His film credits include Snatch (2000), Goal II: Living the Dream (2007) and Northanger Abbey (2007). On television he has appeared in dramas such as Red Cap, Robin Hood and Vital Signs, and he has said that Robin Hood was his favorite job, though his character was killed off early. He also appeared in The Suspicions of Mr Whicher. In 2011 he joined the BBC medical drama Casualty as Dylan Keogh, a consultant; he left in 2012 and returned to the part in 2014. His theater work includes Kes, Festen and The Merchant of Venice.
