Kathleen LaGue
Biography
Kathleen LaGue is an actress, singer and songwriter who grew up in a musical family in the Midwest. She studied art and psychology at Baker University, graduating cum laude, and later moved to New York City, where she sang in wedding bands, performed on cruise ships and toured with Fernando Pereira as part of The New York Singers. After settling in Nashville, she wrote and produced a self-titled album on her own Lioness Records and opened for acts such as Counting Crows, Live and John Hiatt. The USO also sent her to entertain troops overseas. A lead in a PAX television pilot shifted her focus to acting, and she went on to voice-over work, leading a loop group. Her film credits include Band Camp (2005), The Eye (2008) and Razortooth (2007), in which she played Sheriff Ruth Gainey-Coates.
