Elizabeth Becka

Elizabeth Becka is an actress, director and acting coach who has performed in or directed more than fifty theatrical productions. Her credits range from Off-Broadway and regional theater to film and television work on both coasts, and extensive voice over experience. As a dialect coach she has assisted actors such as Brook Shields and Dylan Walsh. On NBC's Game of Silence she coached its five teenage leads, and she worked with Will Graham when he portrayed his grandfather, Billy Graham, in Unbroken: Path to Redemption. She also coached the casts of War Room and Overcomer. Becka earned an MFA in Acting and Directing from UNC-Greensboro and is certified as a trainer of the Meisner Technique. Her teaching career has extended over 33 years, with eight years as a private acting coach in Los Angeles, 17 years at UNC-Wilmington, and nine years as owner and director of Insight Actors Studio in Atlanta, Georgia. She has also coached public speaking.
