Claudia Kim

Claudia Kim, born Kim Soo-hyun, is a model and actress from South Korea whose work spans Korean television dramas and Western films. Born in Seoul, she took top prize at a Korea-China modeling competition in 2005, the first winner of that award with no modeling experience, and after a producer spotted her on a morning talk show she made her acting debut in Queen of the Game (2006) as an international lawyer, earning the New Star prize at the 2006 SBS Awards for Acting. She then had supporting roles in the medical drama Brain (2011) and the 2013 spy comedy 7th Grade Civil Servant, and a lead in the sitcom Standby (2012). Marco Polo (2014) and Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) brought her international attention, and she appeared in The Dark Tower (2017) and as Nagini in Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald (2018). She later appeared in the Netflix drama Gyeongseong Creature and in The Atypical Family (2024).
