Bar Paly

Bar Paly is an actress and model who was born in Nizhny Tagil, Russia, and moved to Israel at nine, growing up in Tel Aviv. She started modeling at 17 and later appeared on covers for magazines including Maxim, Rolling Stone and GQ, as well as Esquire's Latin American edition. In 2003 she began acting on television and took a role in Zehirut Matzlema, an Israeli mockumentary made for television. Her film work includes the horror film The Ruins (2008), Roman Coppola's A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charles Swan III (2012), Michael Bay's Pain & Gain (2013) and the action thriller Non-Stop (2014), in which she starred opposite Liam Neeson. She played Anastasia Kolcheck on NCIS: Los Angeles from 2015 to 2023 and Helen of Troy on DC's Legends of Tomorrow between 2017 and 2018. Her television credits also include How I Met Your Mother and The Starter Wife.
