Plot summary
Gunmen ride into a small Mexican village and drive all of its men away into the desert. One of the captives is Chico, who years before was among seven hired gunslingers who rid the village of the bandit Calvera. His wife Petra asks Chris and Vin, the band's only other survivors, to rescue the village again. Chris obtains the release of two jailed men, Frank and the bandit Luis, and brings in Colbee and Manuel, a young cockfighter.
