Plot summary
Radha Krishna grows up devoted to Lord Krishna and to the stories of Krishna protecting dharma. An incident convinces him that he can help people as a police officer, and after his studies he assists the police in breaking up a gang, which earns him a place in the force. He finishes his training in Hyderabad and is posted to a village in Warangal district with no recorded crime, where he looks for adventure and meets Radha. Meanwhile, the home minister wants the chief minister's post, and the party observer names his aide MLA Sujatha as his candidate instead. Radha Krishna is transferred to the old city of Hyderabad, where bomb blasts at Sujatha's election campaign kill several of his colleagues.
