Plot summary
In the village of Odela in Telangana, the serial rapist and murderer Tirupati is beheaded by his wife Radha. Fearing his influence, the villagers perform Samadhi Shiksha, burying him without cremation, so that his soul cannot reach moksha. Six months later Tirupati returns as a vengeful spirit, taking hold of the village men and resuming his attacks on newlywed brides. As fear spreads, the villagers turn to Radha, imprisoned for killing her husband, and she speaks of her estranged sister Bhairavi, a Naga Sadhu and devotee of Shiva known as Shivashakti, who left her family as a child and chants Om Namah Shivaya. After much pleading she comes to Odela. The local Muslim baba Allah Bakshu, who knows Hindu scriptures, helps her.
