Plot summary
Haewon is a film student in Seoul who hopes to act. Her mother Jin-joo is preparing to move to Canada, where her brother lives, and asks Haewon about what she plans to do; the two meet for lunch in Seochon, and on the way Haewon dreams of meeting the actress Jane Birkin, who tells her she looks like her own daughter. Haewon has been carrying on with Lee Seong-joon, a married professor of film studies at her college, and as she grows depressed she seeks him out. They meet in Sajik Park, and when they pass a restaurant his students have already spotted them, so the pair join the table; while Haewon is away, the students talk about her. Seong-joon offers to take her away somewhere.
