Plot summary
Samantha Logan teaches in Manhattan, and each December she travels back to Maple Falls, Wyoming, for Christmas. This year her boyfriend Alex comes with her. Alex is a European diplomat from the small country of Madelvia, and in Maple Falls it becomes clear that he is Prince Alexander, heir to the throne. His parents want the two of them apart, and Samantha also has a job opportunity of her own to weigh. A life with Alex would mean constant public attention and the end of her teaching, so she must choose between the career she has built and a future at his side.
