Plot summary
After World War II, the Dutch move to restore colonial rule over Indonesia, and the Republic is left with a single airbase. Seven cadets, among them Soetardjo Sigit, Bambang Saptoadji, Suharnoko Harbani, Moeljono and Doelrachman, are still in training. The cadets are inexperienced, and holding that base falls to them. They set their sights on Dutch military targets at Semarang, Salatiga and Ambarawa, to be struck on 29 July 1947 during the Police Actions. A raid of this kind has not been flown by the Indonesian Air Force before, and it is their chance to help the Republic in the revolutionary war.
