Plot summary
Kim Fielding stays home to look after her younger sister Julia while their father is away for the night. Her classmate Lisa Harris comes over mostly so that her boyfriend Louis can meet her there. Waiting for him, the girls pass the time with prank calls, telling strangers they know what those strangers have done. Lisa reaches Adrian Lancer, a man with mental problems who has just killed someone, and he does not take the call as a joke.
