Plot summary
Between 1992 and 1996, Scott Scurlock robs 19 confirmed banks in Seattle and comes to be known as the Hollywood Bandit. The documentary follows how he grows into that name and into what it presents as the most successful bank robbing career in America. He is a rebel of 1990s Seattle, and the account rests on people who were part of the story: the robbers who take part in the crimes, law enforcement, and other figures from the Pacific Northwest.
