Plot summary
Chuck and Wes are wealthy brothers who plan to rob Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, more for the thrill than for the money. Their scheme calls for the Oakland Hells Angels to make a disturbance at the casino while the brothers slip inside. To win the club over, the two pass themselves off as members of an East Coast motorcycle gang. Wes takes up with Betsy, one of the club's old ladies, whose ties to a member known as Tramp are strained. The brothers persuade the Angels to ride to Las Vegas for a weekend, camping on a farm outside town, and bet them that they can enter Caesars Palace in their biker clothes to gamble and rent a room.
