Plot summary

Scott Levin greets shoppers at a Walmart and is engaged to Dina Buno, who is 49 and lives in suburban Philadelphia. Dina wants Scott to move into her house, and both are on the autism spectrum, each having grown up in a world that rarely sees value in their experience. Physical intimacy stops Scott in his tracks, while Dina, a Kardashians fan, wants to share with him all she has learned about sensual desire from books, television and her previous marriage. Her inventive attempts to draw him close keep running into roadblocks that lay bare anxieties, insecurities and mix-ups in how they communicate, as the pair try to reconcile their different approaches to romance and intimacy.
