Plot summary

Three young women take part in activism in Hong Kong, Chile and Uganda. In Hong Kong, protests target the Beijing-influenced administration under Carrie Lam. In Chile, demonstrators protest against social inequality, and in Uganda a young activist campaigns with Fridays for Future for climate justice. The activists are also followed to the C40 World Mayors Summit 2019 in Copenhagen. The film is divided into three thematic parts shown as a parallel montage. It lets the activists and other directly affected people speak instead of expert interviews, and includes contributions from various media outlets.
