Deadly Outlaw: Rekka (2002) on Netflix

Plot summary

Arata Kunisada, a half-Korean gangster, looks up to Yoshikatsu Sanada as a father. When Sanada is killed by someone from the Otaki Group, Kunisada wants payback. Yasunori Hijikata, a senior figure in the Bando Family, has agreed to broker peace between the two sides. Masakatsu Kugihara, who takes Sanada's place at the head of the Sanada Group, tells Kunisada that a truce would leave the group shamed, and Kunisada takes the bait. He and his closest friend, Eiichi Shimatani, hand severance money to three junior members, Hiroshi Fujiwara, Saburo Sawada and Tomio. The first two refuse to go and stay with the group, while Tomio takes the money and leaves. Myung-hyung and Sung-hee, two Korean women, tag along with the pair as they get ready to hit back.
