Plot summary
The psychiatric ward of a private clinic is where Maggie Healey, a new nurse, has just started work. The resident psychiatrist, Dr. Jonathan Heckett, is renowned, and his short-term patients are treated with coma-like sedation and electroconvulsive therapy.
