Plot summary

At an elite college, a group of students calls itself The Sentinels and sets out to drive away classmates it considers undesirable, citing ethnicity and politics among its reasons. The Sentinels want such students gone from the school, and in their view from American society too. One of the students they target is murdered. A rebellious student brings together a teacher and other classmates the Sentinels have marked, aiming to undermine the group, and the conflict turns violent.
